SensoFuse turns complex machine data into clear maintenance decisions. Through continuous AI-powered vibration monitoring and other diagnostic technologies, piloted by Machinery diagnostics experts, the platform helps industrial teams maximize machine availability, focus resources on the most critical assets, and achieve measurable reliability improvements.
Structured predictive programs cut unplanned downtime by 35–45% versus reactive maintenance — faults caught weeks early become scheduled windows.
energy.gov — O&M Best Practices GuidePredictive maintenance can increase labor productivity by 5–20%. Planned maintenance activities are typically more productive than reactive work and can deliver 8–12% savings compared with preventive maintenance.
Deloitte — Predictive Maintenance for Fixed AssetsUnplanned failures drive up parts costs through emergency shipping, overtime installation, and collateral damage. By detecting faults before they escalate, SensoFuse can support a 10–30% reduction in inventory levels and a 5–20% decrease in carrying costs.
Deloitte — Predictive Maintenance for Fixed AssetsLess time spent extracting and validating information means more time for data-driven problem-solving, creating clearer links between actions, performance, and accountability. It also supports improved safety, health, and environmental compliance, better use of specialized personnel during labor shortages, and enhanced customer service and SLA adherence.
Deloitte — Asset Optimization: Predictive Maintenance
At SensoFuse, we do not treat predictive maintenance as a pure data science exercise.
We begin by tailoring the monitoring setup to each application, selecting the most appropriate sensors and measurement strategy based on asset type, operating conditions, accessibility, and diagnostic complexity.
AI insights are then grounded in physical indicators, operating conditions, and known failure mechanisms, linking algorithms with engineering understanding.
Our dashboard brings this information together in a clear view of fleet health, helping teams quickly identify issues and prioritize the right actions.
For deeper analysis, experts can use advanced tools like cyclostationary, time-frequency analysis, and automatic angular resampling.
"Because maintenance teams do not only need to know that something has changed. They need to understand what changed, why it matters, and what action should come next."
"Our mission is to build trust in predictive maintenance. We work alongside your team, combining the power of AI with human expertise to turn complex signals into clear, actionable insights and help you make confident maintenance decisions."
At SensoFuse, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all. We embrace complexity and transform it into simple, reliable, actionable solutions that deliver real operational value.
Inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s words, we designed our platform to reduce noise, simplify decision-making, and help maintenance teams focus on what truly matters.“Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.”— Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Terre des hommes (1939)
SensoFuse guides you through the entire predictive maintenance lifecycle, from strategic planning to maintenance execution, because reliable condition monitoring starts long before the first data point is collected.
The best maintenance strategy is not simply the cheapest; it is the one that protects production, reduces risk, and delivers the strongest return. SensoFuse helps identify where predictive maintenance creates the most value, so investment is focused where it matters most.
The asset decides the sensor. We assess its criticality, operating conditions, and kinematics to determine the appropriate technology, settings, and positioning. SensoFuse then makes deployment seamless through wireless sensors, edge buffering, and 4G connectivity, because reliable insights start with a correctly engineered installation.
Once data starts flowing, our models calculate condition indices and asset health status, enabling analysts to validate findings and identify emerging issues. Know which component is degrading, why, and how long remains before intervention, with failure predictions delivered weeks in advance.
Without leaving the platform, findings generate work orders that bring together recommended actions, required parts, and maintenance timing, while building a complete asset history.
One platform. A flexible approach across industries.
We work alongside sensor manufacturers, integrators and service providers, continuously exploring new technologies and approaches to deliver innovative, reliable solutions with the best value for our clients.

How we handle personal data on the SensoFuse website and in business enquiries.
In short: we collect your details only when you contact us, we never send advertising emails, and if a conversation does not lead to a business relationship we delete it six months after it ends.
This policy explains how SensoFuse collects and uses personal data when you visit sensofuse.com, submit an enquiry, request a discussion or demonstration, or communicate with us about products, services or partnerships.
It covers the public website and business correspondence. Personal data processed through the customer platform is addressed in a separate platform privacy notice. Customer contracts and, where SensoFuse acts as a processor, a data processing agreement govern the relevant service processing. Those agreements do not replace information provided to individual users. Machine-condition data is personal data only where it relates to an identified or identifiable person.
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies where the processing falls within its territorial scope.
SensoFuse is responsible for the personal data described in this policy and decides how and why it is processed.
Privacy contact: legal@sensofuse.com
You provide information such as your name, company, work email address, optional telephone number, industry, location, areas of interest and message. We also process subsequent correspondence and information needed to arrange the discussion you requested.
Providing an enquiry is voluntary. We need a way to reply and sufficient information to understand your request; without these, we may be unable to respond or prepare an offer. The form identifies required fields. Optional details can be omitted. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Our systems and infrastructure providers process technical data such as IP address, request date and time, requested page or file, referrer, browser, operating system, device information, approximate country or region, and security or error information. These data are used to deliver the website, maintain availability, detect abuse and investigate faults.
The contact form suggests an approximate city and country using a request to sensofuse.com. Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, derives these values from the connection IP address and returns them through our website. We do not send this lookup to an additional geolocation provider. A request to our own domain still involves processing by Cloudflare.
This feature does not use browser geolocation permission or GPS. The suggestion can be inaccurate, especially on corporate networks or VPNs. You may correct or clear it before submitting. Only the location you submit is kept with your enquiry. Clearing the field does not undo the lookup that has already occurred. IP addresses and request metadata may separately be processed in infrastructure and security logs.
We use Umami Cloud, operated by Umami Software, Inc., to understand how the website is used. The standard tracker does not set analytics cookies or follow visitors across unrelated websites. Analytics can include page views, page titles, referring pages, campaign information, browser and operating system, device type, approximate location and selected button-click events.
Umami describes its standard analytics as not storing raw IP addresses in analytics records. Connection information, including IP address and user-agent, is nevertheless processed to handle requests and distinguish sessions. A session identifier can link activity during a visit without identifying the visitor by name; we do not treat the absence of a name or cookie as proof that all processing is anonymous.
We do not use Umami's identify function to connect visits to names, email addresses or customer accounts, or intentionally send enquiry contents to analytics. We use the resulting statistics to improve the website, not to build advertising profiles. See section 09 for your choices and section 07 for hosting and transfers.
The typeface used by this website is served from sensofuse.com itself. Displaying the site does not send a font request to Google Fonts or any other external font service, so no third party receives your IP address for that purpose.
If you contact us by email, telephone, LinkedIn or another business channel, we process your contact details, message and related metadata to reply and keep an appropriate record.
Responding to enquiries and arranging discussions. Where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(b) applies to steps you request towards a contract to which you would personally be a party. For contacts acting for an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and managing business relationships under Article 6(1)(f).
Operating and protecting the website. Our legitimate interests are delivering the site, preventing misuse, investigating faults and protecting systems, under Article 6(1)(f) where the GDPR applies.
Improving the website. We keep and review information about recent visits to sensofuse.com and how visitors move between its sections, so that we can see which pages and topics are useful and make the site clearer to navigate. We look at this as aggregate patterns — which pages are viewed, in what order, from which referring source and on which device type — not as a record of an identified individual. Where the GDPR applies, this rests on our legitimate interest in operating and improving a privacy-conscious business website under Article 6(1)(f).
Suggesting a location. We rely on our legitimate interest in making the enquiry form easier to complete under Article 6(1)(f), where applicable. The suggested location remains optional and editable.
Legal obligations and claims. We keep records required by applicable law and process information needed to establish, exercise or defend claims. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on Article 6(1)(c) for obligations that qualify under that provision, or Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests such as defending claims.
No. SensoFuse does not send advertising or marketing emails, newsletters or promotional campaigns, and we do not add enquiry contacts to a mailing list.
We use your contact details only to reply to an enquiry you started and to continue that specific conversation, including sending a commercial offer you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share contact details for anyone else's marketing, and we use no advertising pixels or behavioural-marketing technologies on this website.
You can ask us to stop following up on an enquiry at any time. If we ever introduce a newsletter, it will be strictly opt-in and we will update this policy first.
Cloudflare supplies hosting, delivery, network security and related infrastructure. It processes connection and request information and supplies the approximate location used by the enquiry form. Its infrastructure may use subprocessors; this is different from sending the location lookup to a separate geolocation service.
Umami Cloud supplies website analytics on our behalf. Dashboard access is limited to people who need the statistics to operate and improve the website. We do not sell analytics data or use it to build advertising profiles.
Our business email runs on Microsoft 365 (Outlook). Microsoft processes our correspondence with you and its metadata as our processor, under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum.
IT support providers and legal or accounting advisers receive data needed for their work, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Depending on their role, professional advisers may act as independent controllers. We may also disclose data when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend rights.
For processing on our behalf, we require appropriate data-processing arrangements. Information about the relevant providers and transfer safeguards can be requested from legal@sensofuse.com.
Our providers operate internationally. Storage, support access and other processing may involve Switzerland, countries in the EU/EEA and the United States. A European storage location does not by itself exclude access from another country.
Cloudflare uses a distributed international network to deliver and protect the website, so requests may be processed in the data centre closest to you. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the Swiss–U.S. and EU–U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks and relies on standard contractual clauses as a fallback and for other international transfers.
Our Umami Cloud project is hosted in Umami's European region, so analytics data is stored in the European Union. Umami Software, Inc. is established in the United States, so support or administrative access from the United States cannot be excluded. Any such access takes place under Umami's data processing agreement, which provides for standard contractual clauses.
Microsoft 365 stores data in the geographic region associated with our tenant. Limited processing outside that region can occur for support and security purposes. Microsoft Corporation is certified under the Swiss–U.S. and EU–U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks, and its data protection addendum incorporates standard contractual clauses.
Where personal data is disclosed abroad, we rely on a transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law: an adequacy decision, the Swiss–U.S. or EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients, or approved standard contractual clauses. Contact legal@sensofuse.com for further information or a copy of the applicable safeguards, with confidential information redacted where appropriate.
If our conversation does not lead to a business relationship, we delete your enquiry and the related correspondence six months after it ends — counted from when you tell us you are not proceeding, or from our last meaningful contact if we receive no reply. Material is kept longer only where a specific legal obligation or a legal claim requires it.
If a business relationship begins, relevant correspondence becomes part of that relationship's records.
A submitted location follows the enquiry's retention period. We do not maintain a separate contact-form location history.
Deletion covers mailbox copies and exports under our control. Deleted items remain in Microsoft 365's recovery area for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days, and are then permanently removed.
Depending on the applicable law and its conditions, you may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of eligible data.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. We assess the objection under the applicable law. If personal data is processed for direct marketing, you may object to that use at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Website analytics: you can exclude this browser using the analytics controls in the Cookie Policy. The preference applies to this browser and website origin. It does not delete previously collected statistics.
For other requests, including an objection to the location suggestion, contact legal@sensofuse.com. We request identity information only where reasonably needed and proportionate. If we cannot link analytics records to you, we will explain this; we do not collect additional identifying data solely to identify previously unlinked visits.
We normally respond within 30 days under Swiss law, or within one month where the GDPR applies. If a lawful extension is needed, we inform you within the initial period and explain why. Requests are normally free; any refusal or charge is limited to cases permitted by applicable law and explained to you.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure or access. These include access controls, encrypted transmission where appropriate, security monitoring and the use of reputable infrastructure providers. Despite these safeguards, no website or electronic transmission is completely secure.
We use no advertising cookies or behavioural-marketing pixels. The standard Umami analytics tracker does not set analytics cookies.
Cloudflare security features may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the service. When you exclude this browser from analytics, a local preference is stored to remember your choice; it is not used for advertising.
Because our analytics sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and is used only for aggregate audience measurement, we do not display a consent banner. You can exclude your browser from analytics at any time using the control in the Cookie Policy.
See the Cookie Policy for technologies, retention and choices.
Our website links to the SensoFuse LinkedIn page. A normal external link transmits nothing to LinkedIn merely by appearing on our page. If you click it, LinkedIn receives information about your visit and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. The same applies to any other external website linked from sensofuse.com. This policy covers only sensofuse.com.
No. We do not use data collected through the public website to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We keep this policy under review and update it when our website, service providers or legal obligations change. Each version carries a document reference with its revision number, together with the date from which it is valid, both shown at the top of this policy. The version published on sensofuse.com is the current one.
For questions about this policy, the data we hold about you, or to exercise any of your rights, email legal@sensofuse.com.
You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) about a data-protection concern. Where the GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. You do not have to contact us first.

Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on sensofuse.com.
We use Cloudflare security technologies and cookie-free Umami analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. You can exclude this browser from Umami analytics using the controls in section 07; this preference uses local browser storage.
This policy explains cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on sensofuse.com. It complements the Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data and international transfers.
For questions, email legal@sensofuse.com.
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Session cookies normally end with the browser session; persistent cookies remain until expiry or deletion. Local storage normally persists until it is removed by the site, the visitor or the browser. Other technologies can access device information without setting a cookie.
A cookie's first-party or third-party context depends on the domain and browsing context in which it is used. A service operated by an external provider can still set a cookie for the website you are visiting; first-party does not mean that no service provider processes data.
Provider: Cloudflare · purpose: bot protection and security checks
Cloudflare may set __cf_bm when its bot-protection features are active; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. If a security challenge is shown, Cloudflare may set cf_clearance to record that it was passed, for the challenge period configured on our account. These cookies appear only when the related feature is triggered.
Provider: Umami Software, Inc. · purpose: website audience measurement
The standard tracker sets no analytics cookies. It processes page and selected interaction information and distinguishes sessions. Event and session data are retained for no more than 24 months under our retention policy. Hosting and transfer information is in the Privacy Policy.
Served by sensofuse.com · purpose: displaying the site's typeface
The Inter typeface is hosted on this website. No font request is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no cookie or browser storage is used to deliver it.
Managed on this website · purpose: remember your choice
Choosing to exclude this browser stores umami.disabled with value 1 in local storage for the current website origin. It remains until you remove the exclusion, clear site data or your browser deletes it. It is not an advertising identifier. No preference is written before you use the control.
Delivered by sensofuse.com using Cloudflare infrastructure
The contact form receives an approximate city and country derived from the connection IP address. The lookup does not itself set a cookie or local-storage entry. Cloudflare processes the request; no additional geolocation lookup provider is used.
Cloudflare evaluates connection and request signals, including IP address, user-agent and request characteristics, to protect the website and enquiry form from abuse. Depending on the enabled feature, it can issue a cookie or present a security challenge.
Only technologies necessary for delivering or securing the requested service are treated as strictly necessary. They are not used by SensoFuse for personalised advertising. Blocking them may prevent a security check or enquiry submission from working. Their use is separate from optional audience analytics.
We use Umami Cloud for limited website audience measurement. We do not use it to follow visitors across unrelated websites, build advertising profiles or link website activity to a named customer account.
Because Umami sets no cookies, reads nothing from and stores nothing on your device, and is used only for aggregate audience measurement, we do not ask for analytics consent and display no consent banner.
You can exclude this browser from analytics at any time using the control in section 07.
Location suggestion. Cloudflare derives an approximate city and country from the connection IP address and returns it through sensofuse.com. This feature does not request GPS or browser geolocation permission, and does not itself store a location history in your browser. Infrastructure logging is described in the Privacy Policy. You may clear or correct the suggestion before submitting your enquiry.
Web fonts. The Inter typeface is served from sensofuse.com, so displaying the site makes no font request to Google Fonts or another external font service.
LinkedIn. A normal external link does not itself load an embedded LinkedIn widget or set a LinkedIn cookie. If you follow the link, LinkedIn receives your request and applies its own privacy and cookie rules.
You can store a preference that instructs the standard Umami tracker not to collect analytics from this browser on this website origin. After changing the preference, reload the page to apply it to the current visit. Save any unfinished enquiry first.
The choice is local to this browser and origin; make it separately on other devices or origins such as www.sensofuse.com if used. Clearing site data can remove the preference. It stops future collection once applied, but does not erase previously collected data. Removing the exclusion returns to the website's normal analytics configuration; it is not a grant of consent.
Your browser settings let you view, block or delete cookies and site data. Cookie blocking alone does not necessarily stop cookie-free analytics. Blocking essential security storage may prevent a security check or form submission. If local storage is blocked, the preference cannot be saved; the control will tell you. Contact legal@sensofuse.com for other privacy requests.
We may update this Cookie Policy if the website, Cloudflare configuration, analytics setup or legal requirements change. Each version carries a document reference with its revision number, together with the date from which it is valid, both shown at the top of this policy. The version published on sensofuse.com is the current one.
For questions about cookies or other website technologies, contact SensoFuse at legal@sensofuse.com.
